Ramon David, MSc
Ramon is the founder of BrainFirst® Institute. Ramon holds a Masters degree in Neuroscience and has conducted research in the areas of emotion management during goal pursuit, neurophysiology of sleep practices, growth mindset, and psychological needs in organizations. He has 15,000+ hours of coaching, training and mentoring experience, and has trained thousands of coaches. He is currently completing his PhD research, investigating a neuroscience-based approach to psychological needs in organizations, and is the author of The Handbook of Professional Coaching Competencies with neuroscience and psychology insights.
